Ticket Sales
All tickets for our events are sold on a per-event basis through Luma. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Luma's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Refund Policy
Tickets are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled event start time. Refund requests made after this window will not be honored.
Ticket transfers to another person may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you need to transfer your ticket.
Event Changes
Event details—including date, time, location, and topic—are subject to change. If changes occur, all ticket holders will be notified via the email address used during purchase.
In the event of a cancellation by the organizer, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees. By attending our events, you agree to:
- Treat all participants, speakers, and staff with respect
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Follow any venue-specific rules and guidelines
The event organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. Removed attendees will not be entitled to a refund.
Liability
Attendance at our events is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during an event.
